The students are given independent hand on internship experience throughout the year.
All centers of the Podar Institute of Education are attached to a lab school where the latest trends and theories are followed and the trainees gain insight about application of theory in practice.
Actual lessons planning and daily planning experience is given as they have to conduct lessons in the schools for their respective classes. This helps them to understand the entire function of the class before they actually be teachers.

International Lecturers take some topics to make students aware about international standards.
A rich library for reference and reading is available to all the students.
The curriculums are also supplied to various schools and the schools give us a feed back on the curriculum.
